This week host Gary Larson and regular panelists David Damore and Elizabeth Thompson break the news that Centene will step in to cover 14 rural Nevada counties in the state’s health care exchange next year. The panel also discusses the recent petitions to recall state Senators Joyce Woodhouse and Patricia Farley. They also touch on this past weekend’s violence in Charlottesville.
UNLV alumna Judy Tudor turned her own foster care experience into a career helping some of our area’s most needy children. Now as a training specialist for UNLV’s School of Social Work she works with local agencies to train new child welfare employees. In this segment host Gary Larson sits down with Judy to learn a little about her background and how she’s helping kids in Our Metropolis through some particularly challenging situations.
