Nevada Attorney General and Expected Gubernatorial Candidate Adam Laxalt will campaign to repeal Gov. Brian Sandoval’s signature Commerce Tax.  The tax is levied on businesses that gross more than $4 million annually.  Sandoval told the Nevada Independent that a repeal of the tax would “irreversibly and permanently harm” children, public education and the state’s business climate.  He went on to say that, “Anyone supporting a repeal of the Commerce Tax must explain to Nevada’s children, families and businesses which education initiative will be cut if it’s eliminated.”
